Find a comfortable physician in a quiet place where you can fully relax and be undisturbed. Allow yourself this time to let go of any stress or worries as we embark on a serene journey together. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and let’s begin.

At the end, we’ll end with namaste. Take a moment to connect with your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, feeling the air, feeling your lungs, and exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension you may find that you’re holding. Imagine you are standing in a peaceful meadow. The sun gently warms your skin, and a soft breeze brushes against your face. Feel the ground beneath your feet, grounding you in the present moment. Embrace this sense of tranquility and allow it to envelop you. Visualize a calm, clear lake ahead of you. Its surface reflects the sky, mirroring the beauty and vastness of the world above. As you approach the edge of the lake, notice how still and serene the water is. This lake symbolizes the serenity within you.

As you continue to drift along the peaceful lake, bring your awareness back to your breath. Feel the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe deeply and calmly. Remember that you can return to this place of serenity anytime you need to find your inner calm.
