Imagine a powerful radiant light surrounding you representing your inner strength and determination. With each inhale, this light grows brighter and more vibrant infusing you with energy and focus.
Visualize a shield of positivity and resilience enveloping you. The shield protects you from any external distractions or negative influences allowing you to remain fully engaged in your performance.
